hi rene, typically all the properties that will accept a lease under a business name with you living there without a credit check are moderate to luxury, so a fair figure would be $1,000 and up for an apt (typically a 1 bedrm). but stranger things have happened! we recently found an apt going for $850 a month that would out in the north carolina area… this is an exception to the rule… we just dont want to mis-lead the masses thinking its possible to find a needle in the haystack every time… see our video on the homepage for a minute… it really spells it all out there
