Step 2:
Fill out the form on our website and request our help. Be Patient! We look for choices for you based on the info on your form, then we check our national multifamily partners to make sure we can assist to ensure your credit will not be checked.
Step 3:
If we find something for you we will call and text you right away to tell you what we found. (if we dont, we try to follow up and let you know, but sometimes we forget 🙁
Step 4:
If you are ready to take the next step, we will send you a link to our full application (not online). We do not charge any upfront money to see if we can help. That’s right! No application fee.
Step 5:
Send your employment and income information as we advise you to so the insurance company that backs our program can screen you to make a decision. Your credit is NOT considered for our company to provide this service.
