We Do Maximum of 12 month leases. You can pick for any term shorter than 12 months if you wish. *Except CA, WA, NY the Max Lease Term is 11 months.
Always. This is why you MUST be able to pass the criminal background check directly with the property. We must always disclose to the property who is occupying our corporate unit. The will not do any credit screening on you personally because they will do the credit screen on our company. Then they will allow us to screen our corporate clients any way we wish.
Yes, we really do! There is no need to sign up with a 3rd pary company or pay any fees. This is automated directly with Equifax and Transunion. We are referred to as a ‘data furnisher’.
